ProTech Property Solutions is a leading property maintenance company operating across the domestic and commercial sectors. Specialising in all areas of maintenance, from the drains to the roof, ProTech Property Solutions sets new, modern and highly professional standards.
ProTech Property Solutions provides both reactive emergency breakdown maintenance, as well as planned and estimated works. We also offer pre-purchase surveys for home buyers, including the roof, central heating, electrics, plumbing and drainage (CCTV). With a 24-hour call out service (365 days per year), ProTech Property Solutions ensures that there is always an engineer available, either for an emergency or by way of after-sales support.
ProTech Property Solutions prides itself on the fact that its technicians turn up on time for their scheduled two-hour appointment window. We don't charge hidden costs, such as parking or travel time, and jobs are completed as professionally and promptly as possible.
Every ProTech technician is interviewed and assessed by the company's management team. They are all trade-certified, highly-qualified, and trained across all areas of the business to solve client's maintenance issues. What's more, ProTech Property Solutions will provide a quality review of any job undertaken, to ensure that it has been completed within an acceptable time frame and to the highest possible standard.
We are based in North London, and operate primarily across the Greater London, Hertfordshire.
Peter Gray - Senior Partner
Peter is one of the founding partners. His main responsibility is to ensure the company standards produced by service team members and management are achieved and maintained. He visits and communicates with clients on a daily basis to ensure both the smooth operation and the continued success and growth of the company.
Rikkie Lewis - Partner
Rikkie the other founding partner has many years experience in this sector and frequently visits client sites to do independent audits on quality and customer satisfaction. Rikkie has been trained as a Quality Assessor; he identifies any areas of weakness and carries out the necessary retraining of staff when areas do not meet Protech Property Solutions high quality standards. Rikkie manages the companies Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2000.
Michael New - Operations Manager
Michael joined our team in 2010. With over 25 year experience in the construction industry his main responsibilities are: the running of operations, contracts management, Health and Safety and customer care. Mick is also responsible for the training and welfare of team members and keeping them updated on any new procedures.
Tracey Appleyard - Customer Services
Tracey has been very influential in the implementation of Protech Property Solutions and is a highly valued member of the team.
