We aim to be with you in a maximum of 2 hours. For your convenience we offer a 24/7 service. We service Greater London and South Hertfordshire and also parts of Essex and Kent.

Our technicians will always arrive in uniform and in a sign written van. They will be carrying identification and will carry out works with at little disruption to everyone as possible. If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, you should call us immediately. Once our gas safe technician arrives, we can assess the nature of the problem and take appropriate action. In the meantime, don't light any naked flame or operate electrical switches, make sure you open doors and windows and turn the gas supply off at the main valve.

We do not charge a call-out fee and if any job requires a part to be ordered a temporary solution will be found and the part will then be fitted at a convenient time to yourself. Even if you are unsure about the situation being an emergency or not do not hesitate to call us. We will arrive within 2 hours maximum-although we aim to be with you within the hour-and the situation will be dealt will swiftly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss.
