    ProTech Property Solutions is an honest Company who’s charges are 100 per cent transparent. Our 24-hour call technician will make customers aware of our rates at the time they book their job.

    Hourly Rates : There is a minimum charge of one half hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 17.5% VAT.  
    Fixed Price : Our technicians will give a verbal estimate if requested before work commences. All estimates are subject to 17.5% VAT.  
    Day Rate : Charges are based on a full 8 hour day and must equate to hours actually worked, you will not be charged for travelling time. The charge must be reduced pro rata if less than 8 hours are worked.  
    Materials : Materials supplied by ProTech Property Solutions will be charged at trade price plus 25% mark up.  
    Material Collection : Material collection time for non stock items will be kept to a minimum - any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed £40+VAT.  
    Estimates : Estimates are available from our technicians or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to visit you.  
    Invoice : An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, and a full breakdown of the cost of Labour and materials used.  
    Payment : Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the technician upon receipt of invoice.
