There is a minimum charge of one half hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 17.5% VAT. |

Our technicians will give a verbal estimate if requested before work commences. All estimates are subject to 17.5% VAT. |

| Day Rate |

Charges are based on a full 8 hour day and must equate to hours actually worked, you will not be charged for travelling time. The charge must be reduced pro rata if less than 8 hours are worked. |

| Materials |

Materials supplied by ProTech Property Solutions will be charged at trade price plus 25% mark up. |
|
| Material Collection |

Material collection time for non stock items will be kept to a minimum - any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed £40+VAT. |

| Estimates |

Estimates are available from our technicians or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to visit you. |
|
| Invoice |
: |
An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, and a full breakdown of the cost of Labour and materials used. |

| Payment |

Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the technician upon receipt of invoice. |
