Gas Safety Inspection

In Great Britain, over 14 people die every year from carbon monoxide poisoning and exposure. They could be prevented by regular safety inspections. Legislation requires all gas appliances to be checked in every 12 months. Our Gas Safe Registered engineers are accredited to carry out these jobs and issue Gas Safe Certificates (CP 12), making your home safe and secure. Once the installation has passed the inspection you will be issued with two copies of your gas safe certificate. One copy for the landlord and one for the tenant.

An inspection will include a visual check of the installation, position of terminals and signs of incomplete combustion. We will check casings and seals and also the meter for access and correct labelling. We will also check ventilation and test the flue flow for correct operation. We will of course, also check for any unsafe operation of appliances and repair them, if required. We will remind you one month prior your certification should be renewed.
