Our Operations Manager is responsible for evaluating health risks and taking necessary actions to eliminate or reduce those risks. This includes conducting comprehensive Risk and COSHH Assessments on all our sites and products.
Resources and Training
All employees have access to our company health and safety policies, risk assessments, and training modules. Additionally, each site is equipped with a COSHH folder containing safety data sheets for all chemicals used. These sheets provide essential information on safe work practices, usage instructions, storage, and disposal notes.
Client Health & Safety Packs
For each client’s premises, we provide a health and safety pack. This pack includes written risk assessments for every task within the cleaning operation, covering everything from dusting to using ladders. This ensures that all activities are performed safely and in compliance with health and safety standards.
Daily Health & Safety Management
Our Operations Manager and site supervisors handle daily health and safety issues, ensuring all employees work safely while performing their duties. Each site has a nominated ‘competent person’ and/or a qualified first aider to uphold and promote high health and safety standards throughout our company.
Continuous Monitoring and Improvement
We continually monitor our performance and identify trends at monthly Health & Safety meetings. This proactive approach has enabled us to prevent and minimize site accidents, creating a safer working environment for everyone involved.
