Contactless Clearances

These are very strange times. Since the lock-down was announced by the UK Government in mid March, we have been busy working on our “NO CONTACT” safe waste collection procedures. This means we are able to provide Contactless Clearances and continue with our waste removal services quickly and safely.

How we are supporting Contactless Clearances:

• We are monitoring the health of our truck teams daily
• Truck teams keeping 2-3 meter distance from clients and members of the public (all communication can be done over the phone, even when the client is present)
• We are not requesting signatures on our mobile devices, but signing on your behalf on completion
• Gloves are worn at all times
• There will be 2 bottles of hand sanitiser on each truck if gloves need to be removed
• Truck teams will use safety face masks
