About our Caretaker & Concierge service

Protech Property Solutions provide highly trained caretaker and concierge services to properties throughout London and the South East of England.

We are able to supply caretakers, porters and concierge personnel for mornings, whole day assignments, and even 24/7 cover if required. For some, these are dedicated services, for others they use our temporary mobile caretaker services.

Caretaker and concierge personnel are a very important visible presence at an apartment block and with our experience we can tailor the service to meet your needs.

Concierge roles vary, we are able to provide day and night porters who’s duties are to manage reception and the contractors working  at the property or we can also arrange for the porters role to include carrying out small repairs, general cleaning and also responding to residents’ problems. Concierge also provide residents with peace of mind, and the assurance that visitors and deliveries are not missed. All our caretakers and concierge are DBS checked to give you extra peace of mind.

Our comprehensive caretaker and concierge services are flexible enough to include other areas of our soft facilities management, such as cleaning and grounds maintenance.
